Six month review. Thank you to all at Tornado Roofing for a job well done! Our home built in 1994 was in desperate need of an exterior make up and Tornado Roofing came through!

After discussing our needs with our point man, Jeven we arrived at the decision to go with vertical siding in the color of Iron Ore with Musket Brown flashing and gutters.

I was concerned about the darker color holding heat during the warmer months but did not see any effect on our electric bill. The colors were a great combination, very subtle yet different and we have received many compliments.

Due to the home being thirty years old the home and the decision to go with vertical siding our home needed additional sheathing to be installed and the house completely wrapped which improved our insulation quality and lowered outdoor noise. The workmanship was of quality with a few minor details.

Ludvin was our Project Manager and did a great job of keeping us updated during a few unexpected delays in materials while also working to keep our costs down after additional materials were deemed necessary and the replacement of all gutters, downspouts and gutter guards were installed. Any materials not used were also deducted from our final payment.

We have been very pleased with the updates thus far. The increase in our home's value after these updates has more than paid for itself. Thank you, Tornado Roofing!

*I should note living in a wooded area we opted for the "rodent barrier" which runs along the bottom of edge of our siding around the entire house. This is one of the first winters we have not had any incident of a mouse getting inside. Seems to be doing the job! Highly recommend.

I wholeheartedly recommend Tornado Roofing. They recently replaced my roof and gutters/downspouts. Once the old gutters came down, we discovered a lot of unexpected rot on the fascia and soffit. Mariano was able to quickly bring in a carpenter who made all the repairs so the new gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards could be installed on schedule. The extra cost for repairs was very fair and reasonable. Their crew is also very diligent about cleaning up when they were finished. Thank you Tornado Roofing!

Boy oh boy did they have their hands full with us. Our lovely insurance company wouldn't cover our roof with storm damage. These guys fought for US the whole time. Coming out an hour away then going back an hour. At least 3 times to meet with our insurance company and didn't charge a dime. This folks.... They fought so hard we finally got it approved and within 2 weeks they were calling to schedule. Then BOOM new roof in one day! I'm talking new plywood and all. This crew worked their tails off, it was a hot 42° out with winds around 13-15mph, a 15min lunch (at max). And... The clean up is insane. I looked out the window at some point while this was happening and one of the guys had a magnet in a flower pot. I'm mean, how much more detailed can they get. From start to finish, this company got them a forever customer!

Tornado Roofing is a world class company. They completely exceeded my expectations in every aspect of the process of my roof being replaced. Thank you, Christian for all of your perseverance in dealing with my extremely difficult insurance company. Thank you, Dan for overseeing the project and keeping me informed every step of the way. And thank you Hansel for your sweet disposition and ability to take amazing photos of my house. Thank you so much to all of the hard-working men that put in the long labor hours to finish my house, roof in one day with a complete tear off of two layers and replacing the roof from dawn till dusk. I’m still amazed that this happened in one day. I’m a grateful customer and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a roof replacement.!
